As of now free user's files get automatically deleted after 30 days even if they are downloaded or not, so i think 750 GB is too much for a free user.

If you hit that number, you will get an alert that will tell you that you've reached your alloted free space and will suggest you upgrade your account to premium

It will be paid on the next payout!

Can you explain?

Maybe he want an option in a premium account's control panel.
This option can enable or disable his direct download (hotlink) ability.
Sometimes a premium user want to see other one's filename & filesize in a download page but not intend to download it.
Many filehosts provide this option to premium users.
