Tricky. But you also know it is not unequivocal phrasing if you just say "30 day" without explaining it in the faq or tos... As you can see many people are asking about this gossip, they hope they have just misunderstood something. They are surprised about your answer.... Other filehost are saying 30 days too, but all of them delete only inactive files after 30 days.
People will wake up to the truth sooner or later. At latest when all their files are deleted, and they leave
You should wake up too, and cancel this rule. People can choose other filehost too (storing files free over 30 days, not just with premium). Or else it will be a hard landing for you, too.

More than half of the files from remote upload are still in queue for more than 2 hours.:facepalm::facepalm:
And now, I'm also getting this error:

Now, I have the same error "temporarily banned" even when uploading from my personal rapidleech. I know rapidleech didn't ban anything, so it's gotta be on wupload's side....
Remote upload files in queue for 5 hours now..........:facepalm::facepalm:
FTP speeds..... well, not even gonna say they're slow, cause if they were "just" slow, it could be used...... But they're completely stopped.

well at the date the up speed still to slow, i upload to fileserve with 200mb/s speed but in wupload i only get (max) 2mb/s..... this wil be fixed soon? or not y have thinked pass all my files from fileserve to this server but the up speed is a big problem here...Yes, viruz!
This is temporary - as I mentioned before - we're experiencing an INCREDIBLE increase in traffic, and we are doing all we can to keep up with it!

@whiteheart ya mine looked like that then it gets stuck at 100 %...i eventually got a pop up window that said application error but somehow the file still ended up in my files...
