Looking to sell geeklands.com

you will receive.

GeekLands.com domain (will need to be transferred to your registrar and all details changed to your name / your who.is guard.

Complete FTP dump of the site itself.

SQL dump of current site.

A fully functioning vb forum.

Have been around for about a year, but have only recently come back online after about 2 months of downtime for various reasons.

Lots of traffic for only just coming back online and I could only expect it to get back to what was with your 1000 odd user forum.

I understand its not an active forum anymore, and im not going to try to sell it based of its old statistics. However its a nice customized style and domain name :)

Doesn't make a difference to me, if you don't want the site no worries. The sites pretty empty as we only just came back online, so your pretty much buying a PR1, katz clean domain with a bonus of a site thats ready to go, should you decide to use it.
