Ok well due to real life circumstances I will be selling this site. It has a lot of potential.

Decent name and is 2* on katz and would be 3 soon.

I'll vouch for Scott - He has a great community built up over there and the strong memberbase just keeps driving the site forwards - Good luck with the sale.
 
na man honesty...i am 34 years old and got all my shit in line today for college....ITT Tech. So I am giving up some income and the time just won't be there. My future is way more important than running that site. I am going to get my A.S. in computer networking and then my B.S. degrees. So maybe in a few years thier might be a reliable host around here. If not I will help everyone thats helped me to give something back to you guys.

but this is my one shot to better myself and yes I am jumping on it. I never thought I would have this opportunity in the first place. It has been somewhat on the back burner and in a matter of 2 days all came to life.

i am not one of these teenagers around if i am going to do this it is a definate commitment

i dont live with my mom and dad and have anyone to depend on. So it it what it is. I have people that depend on me. Yes I have other sites going but they take way less time than p-t does not to mention i have people to run them

The stats above are a little sad due to i was getting 2k+ uniques a day until having major hosting issues and was down almost 2 weeks
 
The site is kinda messy, you should put things together and do a make over then sell it. You'll get more money for it.
 
i understand chris there are several skins on there to choose from and several custom mods and if i was going to have time to do that i wouldnt be selling it....i know what you are saying though but real life is more important
 
Yup Scotty is well trusted. Me and Him among some others are running a site that is in the "new" stages still get developed and so on but is driving forward :)
So Yup Pirate-This isn't a waste of time and with the right owner/funds/dedication this forum will do well as it has a strong community behind it.
 
I'm interested but purchasing the DOMAIN only. DB is too small and I have one already that's bigger. Skin and script, well...I will get something done.

But...Name Alerts for the registrar...heh...makes it seem too pricy. =/
 
right now i havent gotten any income with it but i never put any ads up or sold links. From VIP it has generated like $40
Cost depends on where you host it. I have it hosted with elio right now for $20 a month

i havent subitted to katz in days and still averaging 20 guest online at all times pretty much.
