WTF is wrong with Fileserve !!!

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing problems when downloading from fileserve :

Many other files are showing ''errors'' as well....Been going on for a few weeks now...

UK ISP's have banned fileserve... Kinda? It's going on and off... fileserve made a post about it somewhere on there site.

but the problem is most free downloader isn't pc expert..it will simply lower download count

Same problem lately. Half the files I try to download from FS using RDP don't even start downloading. Most of them are getting cancelled half through the download.
