There is no Virtual Bank Acc..

Wat i know is Virtual Credit Card its called VCC this is used for validate your paypal .. some people said it illegal and someother say legit .. Me my self think it is legal coz these also from Bank itself.

Usually when u using vcc or you are new at paypal.. after some huge payment or huge recived you will get your paypal freesh. mean you cannot do any payment until they unfreesh your paypal acc.

What you need to do to unfreesh your acc is simple and easy. :P as long u are using legit name mean not fake name they will unfreesh ur acc soon after you sent them some proof about your self. This proof can be your ID, Passpor, Driving licenced, Homephone bill or any of it..
