[WTB-ASAP] Custom PHPBB3 skin

We need a designer to make us a unique phpBB3 skin.
You can either mod an already available skin so that in the end it looks unique or you can code one from scratch.

Budget:
$200 (maximum for completely custom skin)
$100 (maximum for modified free skin)
$60 (maximum for psds only)

Skin must be appealing to the eye while still maintaining professionalism and fast loading pages.
Designs will be overlooked by the admins of TriniWarez and the winning designer will be contacted.

I posted a thread like this a while ago and offered a budget of up to $300 and got no one. No one really designs for phpbb3 now days in the warez scene.

Oh and I havent seen you on msn for a while mate, hopefully we will have a chance to chat soon.

Hmm, I didn't realize there was such a need for phpbb3 skins.
I used to code/mess around with them all the time...maybe Ill make an attempt at one later.
