So, i bought a webspace from them yesterday everything went fairly decent up untill now...

My webspace has been down for 3hours and im unable to contact any of staff because all their contact pages end up in a 404.

Anyone had any expirience with this?

I can acces wrzhost.com but the Support pages give me:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /billing/submitticket.php on this server.
