Wrzhost support on holiday?

Anyone here with wrzhost?

I've got to support tickets that have not had replies for hours. Normally they are pretty good and get back to me.

Tried accessing cPanel to find the license expired. The invoice is not due for weeks X-( Cant do a dam thing but wait.

well they are europe time based so they should be replying soon, and by the way its the weekend so idk how their support is on weekends

Yeah I hope they do. Usually they are pretty quick, even on the weekends.

yes, they do lack on support, i dont know why they dont hire someone from the USA to be available during USA time
