I'm trying to figure out which country wrzhost should create vps services in, we have vps in nl and russia already and we are looking to expand.
You can buy dedicated servers already in 5 countries:

Iran is not possible. PRQ should be cool but too expensive to make profit.

but i think you are fine right now.

No technically true, i was speaking to an Iran hosting provider almost 2 years ago now.

Example they offered:
Xeon 2.0GH DualCore
2G RAM
300G Monthly Traffic
600$ Monthly
120$ Setup

Traffic is expensive in Iran, 1TB traffic is 800$ or more, and it is all Locally assembled hardware unless you pay even more, the speed is also 1Mb down/up link.

Aslong as you do not live in the USA because then it would be illegal to buy from iran.

It would make alot of since to expand to spain since... well... warez linking is pretty much legal and from my research there are not to many reliable providers offering spain server without requiring NIF or DNI.
