I must say WrzHost do have a good reputation and have been in business for a long time.

You know these guys wont go down like the other 99.8% off so called "Hosting Compies" here.
 
We don't police the content on our servers, that's very impractical however if multiple complaints are received we may ask you to remove the content and/or you effect the service for other users we also may ask you to remove the content..
 
Damn, whats going on, Ive been with Wrzhost for 2 yrs, never cheated me, but, Ive never asked for a refund. I see these threads and it makes me think, Im at a different Wrzhost.The support team has even helped me fix sites not hosted with them , but, then again, Ive always said good things and never bashed them in posts.Just my 2 cents

Martin-007, this issue has been dealt with already in another thread. And as I already said there, as did the moderator who closed the thread, continuing to post slanderous comments in the public realm is hardly a pro-active way of resolving your issue.

IF you are finding Nick to not be of sufficient help in regards to the issue, which seeing his other posts on this thread I find hard to understand, might I suggest you try actualy contacting the accounts department? For whom I know you have an contact email. Rather than continuing to pester, and insult, a member of the technical and sales team who has no direct authority to issue the refund?

I believe one of your issues with the refund problem is you have requested the money be sent to an account different to the one that paid, and are feeling angry that this request has been denied. To address that issue I would inform you that in order to prevent fraud, all refunds are issued by reversing the original payment, as this ensures the money returns to the sender. This is a standard practice by many who use payment systems such as paypal, and it is a procedure put in place for your protection as a client.

Now, to move on to slightly more serious matters, I would ask you once again to stop posting material of a libelous nature in the public domain. And I would like to request that a moderator remove all above posts from this thread made by Martin-007, and also to strongly consider banning him.

I also notice you linked to a website, and I would like to say I sincerely hope you are not involved with it, as I am at this moment in time putting together a preliminary case for defamity and breach of copy right on behalf of wrzhost against the sites owner.

I hope this will be the last time I am called upon to make a reply to such rediculous allegations.
 
martin. If indeed the reason is that you are unhappy because you cannot get your refund in a different account, then i agree with Etece, its completely standard practice to be refunded to the original account in which they were paid. I do it myself.

IF this is the reason you are unhappy then STOP the crap or face a ban. If not then STATE exactly why you are unhappy, nobody can help if you just constantly ramble on.
