wrzhost.com 100% offline?

Please do not use this thread to cause arguments!

Tippie, any idea on if the servers will be back up in hours, days, weeks?
Also will the datacentre just delete all the files or keep them for a while? As I cant afford losing alot of data on my site.

SERVERS HAVE NOT BEEN DELETED,THEY ARE NULLROUTED !!!!!

I will hopefully have news at 9am HKT when I have worked out a plan with hostfresh.
Untill then I guess all you can do is send a mail to support@hostfresh.com to say that you are a wrzhost.com client and that there are important files on their servers and that you are a genuine client and looking forward to stay online on their servers through wrzhost.com for a while.

That way they will maybe trust me and take me serious and know that wrzhost will stay at their servers for a long time.

I think they are fearing that I can't pay my bills but I was recovering well and I was about to pay 3/4 of my monthly fee.

9am HKT, what time is that in the UK?
Also why have they taken it offline? Is it due to bills not being paid? If yes, won't they just unsuspend it as soon as the bills are paid?
 
I'm online on msn,skype,gtalk if anyone has questions.
I won't answer pms through wjunction.

Servers will be back online in 5 hours,we are partnerring up with hostfresh asap to prevent more downtime and file loss.

This won't happen again in the future

Nice to hear the update, WrzHost partnered with HosteCon and HostFresh - I hope it works well. Gd luck.
 
We will partner up with hostfresh to avoid these situations in the future.
We partnerred up with hostecon so I could pay hostfresh but now hostfresh offered me a partnership so it doesn't matter anymore.

All this will be sorted at 5am HKT (2am GMT) if I can stay awake for 25 hours,I'm already awake too long.

ralfy_tm ... are you sure you are on wrzhost cos I have never faced downtime before today with WrzHost.
 
Ive been with Tippie since May, never had a problem,and this is first time Ive been down since then.Tippie has put up with me thru all the attacks, all the complaints, when I was late paying, even helped fix things to make my forum better,seems like I can put up with a little down time,Every host, and I mean every one has problems from time to time,Ill stay where Im safe,you?

I totally agree. He has helped me with my site alot, which has meant him sacrificing sleep.
 
I will sacrifice my sleep ;),I will keep on asking the guys from hostfresh to bring it back.
If anyone can help me contact me on msn,I have some domains for sale.
 
earlier i had my site in wrzhost..since its numerous downtimes i switched to new server provided tigerhostBD ..i have to say this host is outstanding in many ways excellent support,server are very fast and not a single downtime.

If anyone like to know about this host please Pm me ..ill help you out
