1. yesterday, after i finish the payment thing. i have to wait 3hours and submit one ticket first until i get my account set up with a reply saying that they have a problem with their automatic account setup.
2. usually in other shared hosting, i only have to wait 4 to 5 hours before my domain get propagated. but with this host, i have waited almost 20 hours with my domain still not propagated. i know that namecheap in their site said that i have to wait to 24hours, but come on... i have changed couples of host and never waited this long for my domain get propagate, even when i was with aquickhost when their server got error the day i bought their service.

Added after 14 Hours 6 minutes:
it has been 32hours since i change my domain to your name server, but it hasnt propagate yet.
it has been more then 13hours i reply here and submit a ticket with no reply here nor my email.
are you guys serious in doing this host business, or just clowns trying to make some jokes by selling crap.
i am not interesting in your service anymore.
even though i just buy 1 month with $2,7 plan, i want a refund please.

When ordered your hosting services on 3th August 2011 0:28 AM (my local time, Belgium)
My order was processed and set-up quickly and working, altough my domain did not work.
Then 13h later, yesterday 3th August 2011 13:28 PM, it stopped working, my cpanel url didn't work anymore, my temporary url stopped working, my domain did not work.. X-(
I send you a PM yesterday, wherein I demand a refund of my $6.00.
The automated payment every 3 months has been canceled.

I host with another webhost, and there my official domain worked within a second.. =)
Yes,, well you might not have had a problem with wrzbox and that's good
At my domain provider namecheap I entered the correct dns and it just wouldn't work.
With my new host, imidiatly
So In my opinion, the problem lays with wrzbox.. as I said, temporary url not working, cpanel url not working, domain not working..
my domain was not propagate after more than 34hours.
i submit a ticket, no reply.
i post here, no reply either.
so i began to think, i am not interested anymore with their service.
i just want a refund before refund 7days policy expired.
i havent use their service for my site, not even a single byte.
That is my problem.
