Why, if I may ask, do you want to sell it?

You can use it yourself, even if not actively. In other words, you can automate everything and generate small income that way. Isn't that better than offering it for sale and earning no income the time it's not being sold?

I work in the field. I've tried that, but it didn't work. All I had to do was renew my hosting and domain
