if you have had problems with many companies.... well that either has something to say about you that you have bad luck, or that there are alot of bad hosts out there. (could be both not sure!)

*edit* by the way, if you note all of those hosts but i believe 3 are closed.

Why shouldn't this be allowed? Every thread has flame war potential. And tbh I think a poll like this can be quite handy for those that are in need of some hosting. Those that still want to get the drama machine going will get a shiny infraction.

Well firstly b/c it's old and i think only like 4 our of w/e number is up there are still running.
And second people can just tell other people to vote for a company they hate, so it's kind of unfair to other hosts.

I think we should just leave it to the dedicated threads that have been made for the hosts, and that people create.

And on top of that, if people don't want crappy hosts, then don't go to hosts that just started in the last year! (not saying all are bad, but most are; ontop of that i am not defending the bad hosts that are still alive and people hate)

He once gave me a free server, in exchange for a testimonial and advert spot. I uploaded files, waited for dns to propogate, and then removed my files and let the server sit it was so terrible I didnt even use it. :O

runner up was solidnode though. then webT.

Elio hooked me up with some killer shared that beat anything I've ever been on before though. Kickass.

That's why he got banned, and "gave" away his hosting b/c he could not handle it :))

I never used those hosting which are listed on the poll , i voted for other (Servage) - they have really bad and childish support , i just can't understand what they're talking about even a 13 years old kid would know better than them immo.

Actually I've got no hosting at the moment. Was quoting back when elio sold me the best shared ive ever had. I might need some in the near future ;) are you in the christmas spirit? :P
 
Bentink and WebT get my full vote. They were the first I used. The list of bad experiences is longer actually. But WebT is clearly the winner here.
