So his site until yesterday guarantee the return, today it changed to be lousy salesman. I also dedicated use for years. More site guarantee it. His own hype.

Knowledge really know how it works, so that he acted in bad faith and is now making a saint. Twice he has my money.

Open dispute on paypal by the first server that it did not deliver

Now the service and lower than expected and acting in bad faith

First advise, learn proper english - so that you can write well and read the TOS even better :|

It is clearly written in their TOS that there is no refund for Dedicated. Even after this, they are trying to help you out but you are just not ready to listen to them.

I have tested the server speeds as well, they are absolutely fine. There will be NO refund issued.
 
His services have been suspended, as his words like "stupid" and "wants to put it on our face" are not acceptable, even after we were nice to him.

Looking to sell more and provide service :)
