2. How do i make my wp site Search Engine Optimized?
3. How do i prevent my wp site from being hacked (if it can be)?

and Login LockDown will come in use to protect your Admin login panel. As for SEO, Google XML Sitemaps and the All in One SEO Pack should come in help with SEO.

Also note, too many plugins will increase the load of your site, and don't forget the cache plugin as it plays a main role to reduce stress on your database requests .
