Wordpress template business, quick question about pricing

I was just wondering how much people would pay for a Wordpress template, completely coded, responsive, high quality css including .PSD source files. Including resell rights and exclusivity (only 1 copy sold).

How much would that kind of product cost ?

I was not talking about distributing copies, I was walking about selling the whole package to someone else who could sell it on themeforest.

Like I did the developement and design and I want to sell my rights on the product to only one person.

Why do you wanna sell it to a single person? I think you can try to sell it to a company for more dollars.
