Wordpress Post Approve Plugin?

I am looking for a plugin to approve post of authors/contributors to check that they are inline with the quality, please let me know any good plugin for wordpress.

If you make them a Contributor then their posts have to be approved by the admin before its displayed. With Authors its not possible I guess and I'm not sure if any plugins are available for the same. So the best bet would be to make every poster a Contributor rather than an Author.

i did it , when i change there ranks to contributors there is no option to add media i.e photos for the posts
