How to save download link in wordpress ? have any plugin thats hide my orginal download link & show site link like - domain.com/download/123456?

What about creating a php redirect like /download/name/go or something and linking that up?

That's exactly what the link shortener/cloaking module of SEO Ultimate Plugin does. If you want links on posts/pages automatically masked, you can just use Eclipse's free version of link cloaking plugin.
