Its not the same one as the screenshot, but a very similar one. What error are you getting?

i am not getting any error,
it is just not appearing as treeview

do you know any wordpress website that has tree-view?

Ya you are Write because manually adding this code in html is too much lengthy, after making this long code Wp doesn't accept long codes in Widget area, this type things hangout WP and disorder your attention,,
