USA in first or second, will certainly change rates again. As it was a few months ago, there are a lot of sites around USA with USA in the first place, I hope that both clip and aparat sites are not the same as the others.

My message was originally for Admin and not for you, I'm not trying to explain things you can't understand. Maybe it's like you say in Tier 5, but he said he didn't have USA. Stop talking nonsense.

Oh I don't need any explanation from you. My only request is, try not to spread false information. This is public forum. If you want to talk to the admin, you are free to use private messages. If you are using public forum instead, you have to be careful what you are posting. You can't throw false information as you wish. That's not freedom of speech.

There are few complications but come on, man be grateful to the service he offer. You were falsely accusing the admin that he wasn't include USA for any tier. But USA was in tier 5. Btw that's not as I say, Aparat site says that.

Yeah, I did not ask in which group the USA is. It is not visible in the first four groups with the list of countries. The admin responded publicly to my message and understood it right away. I mean, you're talking nonsense.
So, I proposed USA to be in Tier 2 and $ 45 for Tier1, if possible. Maybe it's clear now.
 
Interesting thing: When you increase rates (aparat and cw) I got a lot view (4k-5k). When you lower the rate I got only 400-700. Can you explain?
