Hi,

Currently I'm looking for a Windows VPS (admin access, it's a VPS not a RDP...) to run my SEO tools. There won't be any spam complaints because I will be using proxies (just in case if there's any software leak that use the main IP, please tell if I should order a new IP, immediate suspension is not nice...).

So here is the spec I expect:
RAM: 2GB
Connection: 100Mbps is fine.
Bandwidth: 2TB maximum, normally it's even under 1TB but just in case.
HDD: 60-70GB should be just fine.
CPU: as good as possible, expecting 4x3.1Ghz
Location: US preferred.
Budget: 30-40$/m
