Long story short, the KVM access provided doesn't have import ISO option so it's not possible to install the regular way.

My idea is that, install a Linux distro (ie. CentOS), save the Windows ISO file in the system and mount it then change the boot order to that drive and install. Monitor the process from the KVM. Would this work?

Thanks

Which KVM you use ?
If your idea is to mount the Windows ISO within the CentOS installation, then it won't work as you will automatically loose the mount upon next reboot
