Check the SQL & other logs & find out the prob.
Hopefully you have ACP & server access...

No one can help like this... coz database error can occur by anything.

Recently installed any mod or plugin or something ??

Try repairing tables in phpmyadmin.

MySQL Error : Table 'maafiama_vbulletin.maafiama_datastore' doesn't exist

You don't have datastore table. Make one, or just upgrade your vBulletin, and install will do it automatically.
