Wiki scripts Recommendation

Not familiar with wiki scripts, so I thought I'd ask here. Anyone have experience with them and which wiki script is the best out there right now? Any input is appreciated. Cheers

I recommend mediawiki as that's what Wikipedia uses and easy to manage

There's also DokuWiki which has a decent range of ready made themes and plugins available. I've used it quite a bit in the past and it's always been reliable.
