My post was moved to Completed Transactions what's that mean.

I guess the new rules regarding those types of services and FB page sale restrictions were lost with the db issues.

There was a database rollback. Around 12 hours of data was lost.

The new rule said Facebook likes etc are not allowed to be sold here. That's why your thread was moved to completed transactions.
