Who else is suffering from Computer vision syndrome Like ME?

Guys use almost 8 hours computer in a day. And now im suffering from Computer vision syndrome(CVS). my eyes hurt when i see computer screen. i can not look into monitor for 10 min, my eyes hurt. I feel a pain. can not write it down in words.

I visited a doctor and he gave me some eye drop and now im a little bit ok.

Now i use only 40 to 50 min computer a day...

So, did u ever have this problem?

i have already switched to DELL 23" LED and laptop screen is LED too both ok for eyes

I bought Samsung LCD square....Still i faced this problem.

When i was kid i used to use Samsung CRT....i used to play Age of Empires, Star craft, Later Stronghold,etc all day long But i faced no problem. But these days im facing this problem after buying Samsung LCD square. And i changed this monitor.

We will ultimately group many diseases by sitting before computer hours after hours. Thats not right. We should be careful.

Anyway to be careful, i take eye drops/day to cool my eyes. Everyone should do it daily. Its good for eyes.

I got 40" LED 3D TV set as monitor. Led's are good for eyes.

Every 20-30mins your supposed to look away from the screen and let your eyes focus on something else. Constantly focusing on the screen damages the eye. Take a few seconds and keep your eye "pr0"
