which script to use

hello,
i am interested in starting up a website for engineering graphic students.
basic idea is to deliver classes online. I am doing it through a forum as i m most experienced in forum script.

but i need a feature which is lacking in forums

i want to set up Multiple choice questions test which my students can appear. i would be feeding up the correct answers one time.. so i want the papers to get auto check and the student to c his result. i even want to award certificate according to the grade he gets

Feature :
user registration
test generation
ans check
test timeout
certificate awarding

and some other basic features would be nice.

so which script should i use ?
i am interested in going for a free or a Nulled script
but if there is something exclusive out in the market , i m ready to pay upto 200$
