looks like custom to me.

Judging by the fact that all the pages and inner pages are .html and that they're using "function MM_preloadImages", which is often a Dreamweaver footprint, I'd say it's a custom page by page website build. No script.

mostly i guess its SliverLight Application
PreLoad, PReRender are used in it. so yeah

It's just a HTML template with Flash in it. Not Silverlight.
