I voted for the Google Nexus S as I love Android as well as iOS, but with the Google Nexus 2 you will be getting a true vanilla Android experience without all the bloat that other Android phones have on it. Because of that you will less likely have bugs and other things cause the Android code hasn't been touched. When companies start adding to Android like HTC, Motorola, Samsung, etc it starts creating issues. Sometimes they are caught before release and fixed sometimes (more often than not) after the phones reach the hands of consumers. Then you have to wait for said company to roll out an OTA update to fix that issue which in turn can create another. Just having a pure Android experience without all the bloat (kinda like what CM7 provides) to me is just the way to go especially since you didn't include the iPhone 4S your selection list.
