My budget is around 24K INR.

Why would you care for how good the speakers sound?
That was a BOSE sound dock is for which is for iphone only...

My preference: N86 8 MP (It supports something around 24 GB) and comes with OLED display, 16 Million colors and a high resolution display + Series 60

For me anything other than Series 60 is worthless on a mobile phone.
