Which Online payment company allows cc payments for unverified

I cant accept payments to PP as Seller and buyer are both in india,
alertpay needs to get verified to accept cc payments

is there any other means to receive payments in india?

there are so many features and also works perfect for Indians

2checkout is great (but expensive), but if your biz has to do with filesharing they won't process you. i guess plimus would be your best option
