I think the numbers under the user picture are ranking images, I don't think that's a mod, but those buttons at the bottom of the page I don't know what are they, if someone else knows he can post here and share with us ;)

While the icons below the posts are vBSEO if I'm not mistaken
If it's not, try to search around SEO mods
