Which mod is this?

I have been looking for this mod for a while and cant find it. I check on the vbulletin mods website but still nothing. Its the one where call your forums are in categories like Inwarez.

Any help?

It works on 3.8.3 i can make it happen.

The 3.5 mod still works on 3.7 & 3.8, I have tested myself and it is currently in use on InstaWarez.net, you'll have to make quite a few more edits to the forum templates though to make it look right.
