Android- the only downside i've come across is when the phone manufacturers roll out updates they don't seem to pay attention to the hardware so now my droid has memory problems. Guess it's time to upgrade.

You forgot to put RIM and qnx. RIM is used by blackberry. For qnx, I heard BB are gonna start to implement it on their phones.

I think iOS's standards, such as no home screen, only icons, little customalisations and so on will be their own great bottleneck! Android on the other hand is verry innovative and personal. Android FTW!
