There about 99% up-time and have fast response times. I did change from them but after getting f-around i went back to them. i got 2 sites 1sborg and 1rapidleech with them and dont have any problem

The best hosting for smf is the exact same as the best hosting for vBulletin, IPB, MyBB, phpbb etc. It's the hosting with good uptime, customer support and decent reliable speeds. Don't just use one of the site you see people (such as the above) spam the most as they are not necessarily the best and often are friends or paid to make such replies. By all means visit the links they spam but do research and check their history to make sure the claims the above spammers make are true.
