Which is the best host for shared hosting?

mmm.. I do not like any shared offshore company here !

No offense.... but... Most offshore hostings are :

1. Runned by kids.
2. No legit Companies.
3. Badly overselling server resources and bandwidth.
4. Bad uptime.
5. extremely bad support !

6. Scammers ( ohhh, some big companies here from trustable users are not providing the service quality, system specs they sell... ohhh, and not to mention the big fraud of the 1gbps connection wich is a shared 100mbps port )

Of course, not all of them are in the same bag.

that's right. offshore hosts are hard to contact sometimes and getting refunds is a bitch. but hawkhost is a reliable host for me

As far as i know, then HawkHost is not a "offshore" provider?

Or if you can manage a vps knowin servers's germany or netherlands vps
Or possibly wait for their offshore shared hosting to come out soon
