Which Is Safe PP/LR/MB

Guys I have come upto that paypal is no more a better option for most of the Indian guys as per as the payment owed option has been removed for which transactions amounts are getting deducted...

I want to ask which other option is better than Paypal...

Liberty Reserve Or Money Booker...???

In which I can withdraw money to bank like we can do in Paypal.

What do you guys think???

But we need to have a bank account in the head branch where SWIFT is applicable...

In terms of security I would go with Liberty Reserve, transactions can't be reversed in liberty reserve eso :P
