which hosting plan to choose for warez blog?

Hi guys, im new in creating blog so i need to know which shared offshore hosting plan is good for me, i want to create a warez blog with download links like Rapidgator and Uploaded and maybe streaming links. Do i need a classic shared offshore plan like this: wrzhost or a VPS plan like this wrzhost ? Please give me an advice, thanks in advance.

Go with cloud shared hosting where you get like 250mb ram I suggest Scope Host they are awsome and great up time. Go with shared for 4 to 6 months then get a VPS with 2gb ram when you get a lot of hits. This is the wrong time to start a warez site to much competition and a lot more people are going to torrents.
