Depends. Some games are only available for xbox and some are only available for PS3.

Xbox has monthly/yearly subscriptions to be able to play online.
PSN is free.

I prefer computer games.

PC - legal and Pirated games do work
XBox - Many games out there in market by Microsoft, yearly subscription for Playing Online
PS3 - its a bit expensive, Online playing is Free but only Few Games are available
PSP - Many games out there, suites for kids!

PS3 for sure, for sure the PC is still the best in gaming ever, but if you want mobile gaming I would go with the PSV. But for consoles between Xbox and PS3, PS3 FTW.

PC FTW, trust me, I got PSP, PSX, PS2, PS3, but PC kicks em all :D
The main thing being, I'm a fan of RTS games, and well PC is the ultimate ruler in that genre.
