Which file hosts implement a similar feature to DepositFiles' U-points?

At DepositFiles.com / DFiles.eu the uploader gets so called U-points, when his files are downloaded by someone. Those U-points than can be converted into Gold Keys which are valid for 2 hours, 6 hours, 24 hours, 2 weeks, and 1 month days. Registered users can use gold keys to activate their Gold (in fact premium) membership, so they are able to download files in the given interval without restrictions. Is there any other file hosts which implement a similar feature?

filesflash has similar feature....if someone downloads your file you will get points...using that point u can get premium for your self or else premium gift coupon or else giftcards...
