Which country is the safest to host warez linking site ??

Netherlands is considered the safest by many, but there have been a few incidents recently when their authorities have been known to taken down warez sites. My guess is to go to a non-European, non-US country, like Malasiya?
Iran, Iraq, countries bordering china, etc.
But of course, it'd cost you a fortune for bandwidth in such places, so you and everyone else asking this question should learn more about what you want.
What you should be asking is, "which well-connected country is safest?" or "which data center is safest?".
After all, you'd be a moron to buy servers in places like Iran just for some random warez site.
