Which CMS Is the best?

Ok,
First, I'm sorry for all these questions on everything.

What i'm looking for is a nice cms i can use in my new project. The project is going to be is a media comunity site, If you've seen Deviantart thats the sort of site i want, just with a few different things. So the cms needs to be able to have very customisable profile page for the users, them to be able to upload images and files, under a certain size into there "Gallery"
The cms dosent need a built in forums becuase i'm using vBulletin for them. But it dose need customisable themes.

yeah, well thanks anyway...i found the one i'm going to use...its not very media based...but it uses tpl'd for all the pages...so i'll soon get it how i like it :]

I agree with TopSeller, Joomla is a VERY good CMS. with awesome SEO built in.

Also its open source.

Joomla is the best beacuse there are so many modules and modifications for it. and you can modify them as you want.
