well mate your title says something and you say something i mean your thread post & thread title are way to different. i'll explain you something
"Automatic Poster" which is also known as "Bot" its a very awesome script. you don't get it from any sites or any seller. you'll have to contact a very experienced coder (for example, mRAza, Gaurav,) to code a bot (code ---> create/make) for you. it will be only for you no one can use it except you. if you want to share it with any users you'll have to ask that coder if he allows you to share it with people. what bot do for you? it will automatically register --> download from torrents/filehosting via rss or links (depends on you what you chose) re-rar, put rar comments, extra files, & whatever more you want. re-rar it back, and upload it to filehosts (such as rapidshare, megaupload, filesonic, fileserve,) etc... + it auto posts to blogs (wordpress), forums (ipb, xenforo, vb, phpbb,), DLE, (DataLife Engine,), and suppose you want a "auto-reply" feature. you can ask a coder to code it for you, but yeah if you really want the same bot as i said above you'll get it for sure without any bugs + lifetime updates, but the price will be kinda high. cause you do know it needs a hard work + it will earn you some bucks. suppose you invest 100$ you'll get your investment back within 1 week or 2, it depends if you really make it work i mean by posting via that bot etc...,

let me explain you about "ThemaPoster & Multiposter" well first of all they aren't bot or any script such as a bot like i said above. its a application a cool application to post on forums. well it works manually cause bot is kinda different you'll not need to do anything it will do everything for you, but in ThemaPoster or Multiposter, you'll have to first setup some forums where you want to post your uploads, register on sites --> put ids of sections on multiposter or themaposter --> make a post --> DONE! hit the button, but yeah there is not any tool out yet where you don't see it with/without bugs, every tool has a bug so do expect some bugs from themaposter & multiposter, but if you really try to manage it and be familiar with it i am 100% sure you'll not report anything to that poster developer cause in multiposters if you just set it up in a wrong way it will cause you many problems but you'll think its a bug. no its not a bug its just a mistake which is happened by you "MISTAKENLY!" if you try to understand it slowly slowly. you'll start working with them as fast as you can, well still you want to know which multiposter is good! well there is no answer for that question cause the reason is. multiposter is very very different & old multiposter. this was the first tool to auto post on forums. and after that people started stealing the ideas etc.. (i ain't blaming themaposter am just saying) but still MultiPoster is the best, themaposter is not that bad tho. its awesome it has some good forums integrated + it works with DLE Sites & Blogs too. multiposter owner (JayFella) is going to work on DLE & Blogs so do expect some time
, both of em are awesome and friendly it just depends on you what you chose and what is easy/friendly with you. or you can go with both if you have some good budget to test em both lol? but just to tell you. buying both multiposter will help you in future
cause you don't know what both autoposter developers (owners) are working on. cause after 1 time payment you get a lifetime updates
