I guess that is their reff link so they must be earning from commissions of sales?
But i couldn't find any affiliate program like that.
When i did more search i found 3dtoontube is a scam site and they dont actually have the videos advertised with them and charge the customers $18 instead of $1 which they say during sign up. But yeah their ads are very catchy to get conversions.
