hello, guys i am planning to start a forum with vbulletin and wondering from where i can get promotional code for discount.
do they really offer any sort of promotional code ? or i have to pay the fee what it is being shown on their pricing page ?

I've not seen any codes around. They have special offer days now and then where there's a discount added.
