Where to find coders for warez projects?

go to php.net and learn how to code in PHP. That is all you need.

Else, you can post your needs on any freelance website, just dont blatantly state your site is warez related.

I would say warezcoders too but I don't think I can make the time to code something atm unless its for myself.
