Where to buy iphone 3gs factory unlocked?

Does anybody know where to buy them factory unlocked and be able to use with any sim card? I heard about the hong kong crap etc, but they don't deliver outside of their region. I am in US.

A factory unlocked iPhone will cost you a lot.
I would recommended to buy one from a friend that is locked and then just jailbreak it.
