I don't think anyone in this topic who posted 100% has said that their website(s) is perfect?

These calculations are purely for on site SEO. There is a lot more to SEO than just what you do on site, but this small list should be one of the first things you do to a website and work on with the off site SEO after you have these completed. Just my opinion of course.

The tool is highly flawed.

Taking for starters the robots.txt file as an example you can have a link to you sitemap in your robots.txt file. I've made a topic about this and explained it's benefits which are huge and I'd strongly recommend. http://www.wjunction.com/showthread.php?t=57007

If you have the sitemap think in your robots file then this rating doesn't register it so lowers your percent when infact you should have your overall percent increased as your providing a direct link to your sitemap to your search engines.
